If your signal is too weak, you will need some sort of booster equipment. If you have a marginal signal, an indoor unit might work. If your signal is very weak you will need an outside antenna. Check this page for more information.
You will not be able to connect to the internet until you have agreed to the terms of service. If all you see is the welcome page, then you probably have not checked the agree to service box on the page.
If you are having difficulty in getting connected, we recommend you contact Computers For Everyone, CFE. CFE is the part of the WiiFi 101 program that supplies technical support to the community. CFE is training people from the community to refurbish computers, supply technical support to computer operation and technical support to connection to the internet. CFE sells WiFi booster equipment and will help you with the installation. CFE can be reached by phone at (650) 462-7266 or you can stop by thier store in the Job Train Annex.
